Okay, okay, guys, welcome, welcome, welcome. Happy Hump Day Hustle. Again, I got slammed this week, and I just couldn’t make it happen on Wednesdays. I apologize. But hey, imperfect execution, right.
So which actually happens to be what inspired me for this video. And I actually talked to Leta about it too. She’s going to shoot one as well regarding doing videos and that. This is Danny with Danny and Leta, Happy Hump Day Hustle.
So real quick, yeah, I’m shooting. I’m in the truck. I’m out messing around. Hopefully, the change of scenery, I like it. I like it. It’s not in the office today. But anyway, so the topic of discussion today, I just want to touch on shooting videos.
Okay, so those of you guys – let me preface this quick story. Those of you guys that think you hate shooting videos, never have, and don’t ever intend to, or whatever, let me just tell you we felt that way in the beginning too about getting in front of a camera and potentially all these people eventually seeing us on camera and all that.
But when we realized who cares, and we’re putting ourselves out there on a value-based endeavor, this ties also into previous lives. We’re not going to be everybody’s cup of tea, right. And so when we realized that – when we realized that the stuff we’re putting out there, that we’re learning and putting out there for those that need it and can use it, that type of information, that’s what makes it worth it to us.
We don’t – obviously, yeah, we’re not going to jump right out of bed or the shower and be all – not prepared at all. We’re not going to do that. We’re not going to get on video and do all that. Content wise, our goal is to get on here and launch imperfect content, imperfect execution. As we get better, things will get better.
Yeah, we’ll start looking. We’ll plug in some cool graphics or whatever later. But right now, we don’t care about all that. All we care about is just being genuine with you guys, doing our best to provide content that you can use that’s helping us and others in our businesses.
And genuinely care about those who watch us, genuinely care about their success, and their improvements, and whatever. And grow together, grow together, we’re just sharing our stories. You guys, those that see this video or past videos, in a year you’re going to look back. And you’re going to be like, daggone, man, they were rough. Their videos were rough.
But that’s how it goes, right? We jump in, we execute, and we get better as we go. That’s the goal. We’re never going to jump right out of the gate and be perfect. Guys, don’t let that be a reason to keep you from executing. Because the more you put yourselves out there, and your content, execution will get better and better as well. \
The more we learn, the more we earn. And the more we help others – the more we learn and help others, the more we improve, and grow, and become more valuable to those that pay attention to us. So that’s what excites us.
Those of you that know Leta, and follow her, and look at what she does, she really has a great time doing what she does, getting on. She’s been messing with Tik Tok lately. She’s hilarious. I mean, and she drags me in a few times. And we’ll mess around and have fun shooting Tik Toks or whatever. But anyway, I digress.
The point is, just do it. And check this out. Try this. Those of you that think you hate shooting videos, and you can’t even see yourself doing it, try this. I’ll try turning off my stinking ringer, so it doesn’t disturb us. Anyway, so try this. Just shoot some videos. They don’t even have to be Live videos. Shoot 5, or 10, even 15 or 20 videos.
Do it for 20 days. Shoot a video or two a day and just practice on pertinent content that has to do with our business. And then just do it. Don’t even care about anything else. And then go back later and just look at them. And then judge for yourself, okay, I didn’t look that paranoid. I didn’t look that silly. Okay, do that. Break the ice with yourself. And that will – trust me when I tell you, that will help you become more confident in front of the camera.
And again, keep reminding yourself, I’m not going to be desired. I don’t expect everybody to love me. Okay? Not everybody is going to love me. But the world is huge, guys. The world is – there’s a lot – there’s a lot of people out there that will. We’re all unique. We all have our particular vibe and whatnot.
Here’s a quick story. Recently, there’s this country music singer that was about to hang up his career because he didn’t think. He just wasn’t getting there. Well, a famous talk show host happened to be in a store and heard the guy.
He looked him up. He says, man, I’ve got to have this guy on my show. Bam, he contacts this country music singer that’s about to hang up his career, gets him on his show. Now what? He’s blown up. The guy’s blown up.
So what am I saying? What am I saying? What I want you guys to know is what we found out is the more noise and attention we bring to ourselves, the more we get out there, and he more and more people see us. And again, not all of them are going to like us and jive with us. But that’s okay. It’s a numbers game.
All we’ve got to do is just keep on keeping on putting value out there. The more people that see us, our tribe is going to grow. It’s phenomenal. It’s a seriously phenomenal concept. But I think you guys got it. I’m not going to harp anymore on that. I was excited to come on today and just throw that at you. Chew on it for a little while.
Please try what I suggested. Just shoot some just regular videos of yourself. Try to do it for 20 days straight, one video a day. Don’t overthink it. Just do it. You can erase it later if you want to. They don’t have to be live. I promise you, you will build confidence in yourself. And it will help your business. It will help your mindset, your confidence. Trust me when I tell you, it will be awesome.
That’s all I got, guys. I hope you guys are doing great. Have a great weekend coming up. And we will see you guys on the flip side. Reach out and love someone. Take care now, again, Happy Hump Day. Bye now.
