Happy Hump Day Hustle, everybody. What is it? January 13th. I hope everybody’s doing well. There’s a lot of stuff going on these days across the board. I think everybody’s got a story to tell going in to the new year. What I would like to chat on – oh, this is Danny again with Danny and Leta. What I would like to touch on real quick – I’ve got to hurry, I apologize. As I mentioned before, I’m helping put a church back together over here after Hurricane Laura over in Louisiana. Got some demo racket going on out – to chat on is, the first Hump Day Hustle of the year I touched on let’s do more, let’s be more for this year for others and for our businesses, right? To add to that, I just want to talk a little bit about what we’ve learned regarding how to be the best us for the people that we’re assisting and helping and that lean on us for starting a home business and joining the team or products or whatever it is we’re doing, right?
The title is lead with value. I’ve touched on this a little bit before but I want to be a little more specific in this video today. For example, if you guys pay attention to Leta, she’s a wealth of knowledge in her stuff regarding the products with our business and just overall helping others. Then what we try to do regarding the business is, offer ideas and help with how to start conversations. We’ve learned the best way to start a conversation with a potential client either that’s interested in the products or the business, is to simply add with values. What does that mean, Danny? What that means is, let’s say, we sell something to makes grass grow twice as fast as other stuff, right? Instead of just blasting everybody online, hey, we can make your grass grow faster. Buy this bottle of GOGO grass juice, right?
No, the approach that we’ve learned is, you don’t lead with the grass grower that you’ve got. You lead with, hey, who’s tired of their grass growing too slowly? Then you jump in. You don’t automatically go in for the sale. You say, hey, what kind of trouble are you having with your grass? For example, right? They say, well dang it, we’re having a reunion next month and there’s a dead spot over here. Man, we just don’t know what to do. Let me tell you, I’ve got an idea. Let me tell you what I got. I’ve got this grass GOGO juice that makes it grow fast and why don’t you check it out? What we try to do is put ourselves into a position of assistance. Because again, we’re not going to be everybody’s cup of tea with our product. What you have to offer, right?
Another example could be, let’s say, you’re messing around online and you’re in your Facebook and you happen to see one of your friends is having trouble sleeping for example. If you’ve got stuff that helps with that, you start a conversation. You don’t necessarily automatically go in for – find out they’ve been having trouble with this for a while. They’ve tried everything. They just don’t know what to do. You can go in and you offer what you’ve got. Whether a free sample or just send them to your website or whatever method of execution that you happen to have available at the time. We’re learning some killer stuff. We’ve invested in ourselves. We’re constantly learning, you-all. We realized that if we’re going to be a success on our business and for others, we have to learn some next level stuff.
We’re very excited about it. We touched earlier on we’ve got a particular product that we’ve put together that’s just going to blow your mind. We’re looking to launch it later this month in January 2021. I’m very excited about it. We’re going to roll it out. We’re going to see how it does. Then ultimately, we will be making sure that all of our team members are able to get their hands on it because we want to share the full knowledge that we have and that we continually learn with our team members, right? Because we want everybody to succeed. That’s why we’re here. Share what we learned. Again, we learn, we practice, and we teach. Again, we’re no gurus but we are just – we feel like we’re in positions of service. The best way to do that is to learn what we need to know.
and then we’re passing it on to you guys and just starting killer relationships along the way. That’s about all I got for today. I got to get back to it.
