Hey, everybody. How is your Hump Day Hustle going? What is this, the first Wednesday of December? Oh, my gosh, what a year we’ve had. I know I’ve been out for a little while. For those of you who don’t know, I’m over here in Louisiana working on a gig that I took. Yes, I’m still in the workforce. We both are, Leta and I, just some stuff we’re doing as part of our plan.
We’re still working folks as well as we build our own business. Happy Hump Day Hustle; I just wanted to drop in and share a little bit about some positive stuff that’s happened lately. As you see in the description there, I got some stuff done recently that I’ve been behind on. Let me ask you, how often do you guys just – you get your business started and you get your ideas and your goals and all that stuff going. We hit snags. You get busy with life. We all do.
Who knows what gets in the way? We end up procrastinating even though we know what it means to get these things done and finished. Somehow, someway we get complacent and we let things go. Guilty as charged. I hate it with a passion, but it happens. I wish I were more perfect than I am, but that’ll never happen.
One thing I want to share that hopefully helps you guys and encourages you guys that fall victim to this is this; recently I sucked it up and got some stuff done that really needed to get done. We use [02:42]. I don’t know if you guys are familiar with that. I could talk more about those later, but they’re helpers that we can hire that we can load up with things that we just can’t get to and what not. That’s for another video.
I had to get some stuff over where they could help get some of the technical stuff done that needed to be done with our website and stuff like that. I finally got around to rounding all this stuff up and getting it together and getting it over there. As a result of that – I was telling Leta the same thing with Danny and Leta. I was telling her I feel jazzed. It seems like every time we get a little something done, it’s like a kick in the rump. It’s weird how it works, but it’s just a natural phenomena.
We make progress, we push ourselves, and we get closer to our goals. Every time we do that, it’s like this funky force of nature that just jazzes us up. It’s the reason why I do to-do lists. I’ll keep a to-do list. I’ve talked about this before. I’ve folders of stuff, to-dos and all that.
As I check them off, I’m jazzed. The feeling of accomplishment really helps me and I think helps a lot of us out. The challenge is in keeping that. I love the feeling so much. I want to continue that. That’s pretty much all I wanted to say today for today’s Hump Day Hustle.
Especially this year, I’m not going to go a whole lot into this crazy pandemic year and all that stuff, but it’s helping a lot of us and it’s hurting a lot of us. I encourage you to take the crazy status of wherever you are in life, wherever you’re at, try to think of a positive in that. Think I’ve got a business that’s sitting here that in these crazy times could really be helping me and my family. I need to get my hiney in gear, and I need to get this stuff done. I’ve got these items I’ve got to get done.
As a result of that, as you carve away at each one of those pieces, you’re going to get more and more jazzed. Then hopefully sooner than later get that stuff done to where you’re nailing it. You’re down. You’re done. Then you kick back and move onto another goal or task or project or whatever. That’s how I plan to do it. I get this one thing done, and then I move on.
I hope all of you guys are doing okay in this season. I hope all of your Christmases are great. I’m definitely going to try to get back on next Wednesday even though I’m not here every week during the week. I hate to use that as an excuse, but I need to get better at not doing that. Chip away at the stone. Get several things done, even if it’s weekly or every other day or whatever it takes to keep that motivation going so that you can see yourself to your end goal and really get jazzed and feel super accomplished.
Then, of course, start reaping the rewards and benefits of the decision that was made that all of us here are into, I’m suspecting, which is building a successful home business that we can slowly grow to really help get us where we’re trying to go. With that being said, that’s all I got. Merry Christmas. I will see you guys next Wednesday.
By the way, still keep an eye – we’re going to be launching something that’s just going to blow your socks off. I’ve mentioned this before. As I get closer to finishing, we’ll send out some notices to everybody, and you’ll see a lot more of it. Then there will be a date that we elect that will be the actual launch day that we’re able to make available to everybody. I’m pretty sure you’re going to love it. With that being said, so long for now. Enjoy the rest of your week and reach out and love someone. Take care now, bye.
